The FC-One irons were the first unique design program I performed for Swing Science. The design scope was a game improvement construction with a game forgiveness appearance. The FC-One irons hit the mark perfectly and has suited Swing Science's network of club fitters very well. Utilizing a variable vertical center of gravity the FC-One irons were the first Swing Science model to adhere to the newly introduced USGA rule on groove conformance.
Model: FC-One B1 Putter
Material/Mfg: Investment Cast 304 Stainless Steel with Tungsten Weights and CNC Milled Cross Groove Face
The FC-One B1 putter is the first putter design offered by Swing Science. It is shaft-over hosel plumber's neck design incorporating six weighting cavities accessed through a removable sole plate. This enables a club fitter to add more than 45 grams of extra weight into the head. The putter features an inverted tapered face thickness with a higher center of gravity lined up with the equator of the golf ball. The face is milled using the Cross Groove face pattern I have frequently incorporated in many of my past putter designs which enables over- spin much sooner in the putt than a traditional lofted flat face.

The FC-One wedges are investment cast in a very soft 304 stainless steel. What makes them unique is the bevelled sole design that incorporates generous bounce and a excess draft creating prominent sole relief. The sole flanges are very wide and perform well in a wide variety of turf and sand conditions.

Material/Mfg: 4-Piece Titanium with Variable Face Thickness
The FC-One driver is the product that brought me into the design fold at Swing Science. This driver was originally designed in a 420cc head volume prior to me working with Swing Science.. My task was to maximize its volume at 460cc while assisting Swing Science in locating competitive sourcing for the head.
